Refund Policy
Fingility Consulting Pty Ltd provides professional accounting and advisory services. As we bill only after our services have been rendered, our refund policy is designed to reflect the nature of post-paid professional engagements.
1. No Refunds for Completed Services
As a matter of policy, no refunds will be issued for services that have been completed and delivered in accordance with the agreed scope of work. This includes advice provided, documentation prepared, reports issued, or any time spent on your file.
2. Errors or Omissions
If you believe there has been a material error or omission in the services provided, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your invoice or deliverables. We will assess the concern in good faith and, where appropriate:

Offer to rectify the issue at no additional charge; or

Provide a partial refund or credit if the service outcome was materially affected.
3. Third-Party Costs
Refunds will not be issued for disbursements, statutory fees, or other third-party charges incurred on your behalf.
4. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to client satisfaction. If you have concerns about the service provided, please contact us directly at kamran@fingility.com.au or 0449 044 841 so we can work toward a resolution. Formal disputes will be handled in accordance with the terms outlined in our engagement letter and Terms of Service.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website or provided upon request
